Tim Tagaris, the owner of Aisle 518 strategies, served as a Senior Advisor for Grassroots Fundraising for Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign and the DNC in 2024, a Senior Advisor to Senator Bernie Sanders’ 2020 presidential campaign and the Digital Fundraising Director for his historic 2016 campaign that set records by raising $218 million online with an average contribution of just … $27.

Tim was one of the first people to work in online fundraising and advertising for political campaigns way back in 2004 and hasn’t stopped – or lost focus – since.

Even as the owner of the company, he leads client work (see above), writes copy daily as his favorite part of the job, and can even be found doing production. At this company, we all do the work – no matter who you are.

Historic clients include: Ned Lamont against Joe Lieberman in 2006, being part of the DNC’s first digital team in 2005, Chris Dodd’s presidential campaign in 2008, building SEIU’s digital department in 2009, Congressmen Chris Murphy and Sherrod Brown (yes, before they were Senators), Gabby Giffords and Mark Kelly when they launched their gun violence prevention work in 2013, VoteVets in the same year and many more.

One of the things he is most proud of (it’s weird writing in the third person) is how clients have been with him and the firm for well over a decade in many cases.
