Art Director
Madeleine joined Aisle 518 in Spring 2019 as Art Director. She has a BFA in Graphic Design and a background in painting, printmaking, and digital illustration.
Prior to her work at Aisle 518, Maddie designed 4 years of social content for UltraViolet, created a visual language for the policies of The Movement For Black Lives, animated infographics for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and worked on assets for dozens of campaigns including Bernie Sanders’ 2016 presidential run. In her current role she stays true to her creative roots by prioritizing clean, interesting design over traditional political aesthetics, leading to innovative content that people want to engage with.
Maddie lives in Washington, DC with a cat named Bean and art supplies she doesn’t have room for.
