Andrew leads the advertising practice at Aisle 518. Over the past 15 years, Andrew has worked at the forefront of electoral politics and advocacy, managing and consulting for hundreds of Democratic campaigns and progressive causes.
Most recently at Bully Pulpit Interactive and Precision Network, he served as the lead digital advertising strategist for U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen’s 2014 victory and for independent expenditures by Senate Majority PAC, Everytown for Gun Safety, Latino Victory Fund, the Human Rights Campaign, and End Citizens United. He developed innovative digital spend tracking methods that helped Senate Majority PAC even the scales in targeted races and were quickly adopted across the industry in subsequent years.
Named a 2015 Rising Star by Campaigns & Elections magazine, Andrew’s digital strategy and targeting work has been featured in The Boston Globe among other publications. His work has also garnered several Gold Pollie and Reed awards, most notably for his work at The Strategy Group for President Barack Obama.
A former congressional campaign manager and entrepreneur, Andrew ran one of the most surprising upsets of 2006 when he guided Chris Carney to victory in Pennsylvania’s rural 10th Congressional District. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and Haverford College in Pennsylvania.
